Jack had been told that we had a vulnerable person living in our rental property and he completely went above and beyond to get the boiler replaced in double-quick time so that our tenant wasn't without hot water for longer than absolutely necessary.
When he saw that there was a roof leak that had caused the previous boiler to fail, and it could do the same to the new one, he contacted a friend of his who came out the same day to give us a quote to repair the roof, and that friend fixed the roof the very next day.
Jack is an absolute star! Price was reasonable, but the service was tremendous.

I recently had my bathroom upgraded by Coley’s Plumbing & Heating and I could not recommend them enough! Jack was always on time and was exceptionally tidy, can’t fault any of the work. Jack spent time at the end to go through all the work completed for us to make sure we understood everything. 5 star!

My hot water had been working intermittently for about a year. Had another plumber come to fix it unsuccessfully. Coleys Plumbing and Heating went the extra mile to repair my boiler ASAP. Very grateful for the outstanding professional service 👍
